Therefore, through a Code of Ethics<\/a>The aim is to establish the principles and values that should inspire and govern the development of the activities and relationships maintained in Recoletas Salud, including all members of the Group and all third parties related to it, and compliance with them is mandatory.<\/p>\n

The Management of Recoletas Salud has appointed a Compliance Committee, endowed with independence and authority, which is also responsible for the Group's internal information system and its Ethics Channel. Through this Ethical Channel<\/a> The tool is based on Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law, as well as on Law 2\/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, through which communications may be made regarding possible irregular conduct that may be taking place and of which they are aware.<\/p>\n
